  • Completed Services: Consulting sessions, coaching calls, or any custom services that have been fully rendered.

  • Gift Cards or Coupons: Gift cards or promotional coupons are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
